amy winehouse will never exude that type of grace and downright talent...she's very talented, hell yea can sing but it is only that singing...not artistry as exemplified here by carmen...

Carmen an incomparable jazz vocalist, especially in the way she puts over a song. I saw her first when I was in high school and have loved her ever since. She was on the bill with the John Coltrane Quartet playing at Ciro's on the Sunset Strip. Two drink minimum (in my case $1.50 for a ginger ale) and no cover charge. Those were the days.
