Yes, that is an important observation. Years ago, when this all started, the gay activist who wrote "While the Band Plays On" expressed opposition to allowing gays to infect people. But the other activists succeeded in taking HIV and AIDS off of the list of infectious diseases in New York, and tens of thousands have sickened.

I am so confused why a person from a visible minority cannot recognize discrimination against another minority. Perhaps focusing on defeating HIV/AIDS rather than blaming another minority group for the spread of the disease. HIV/AIDS affects not only homosexuals but heterosexuals alike. Rather than arguing semantics perhaps you should focus on moving forward in the war against the disease.
