  • Sure took it apart again, shifted, pushed - but no the frame is definitively to big (or the adjustment skews too short. All insulated from day one and pump at the right spot - found that the issue were:

    A)the angle of the unit, after adjusting - working fine now. Did not have to use the booster since mid October

    B) Having to initially warm up the pipe work (2 storey house) takes a bit of heat out of the system during the cooler days

  • The brackets being installed a few CM off here or a MM there adds up! The screws are not too short, I would bet that the rack is not installed correctly. The pump being on one pipe or another can effect production of hot water. Also insulating your hot water heater, and all its pipes would help lots! I would remove the mounting rack and start over, but this time read the instruction sheet. Hope you get it running!
