  • @nicklll Gentrification is a problem for the majority, without regard to race. That fact is made clear by this series of videos.

  • hahaha you should see Salt Lake City Utah's Japantown. They actually have a sign that says "Old Japantown Street" but all there is is a parking lot and 1 Buddhist Temple lol

  • same in Vancouver BC, gentrification is a transformation, it is arguable whether it is a problem.
