this doesn't even show how far apart this power comparison is. The bike is, necessarily, on bike tires with small contact patch. If you put fat slicks on both vehicles the bike would destroy any production car ever made. ever. power to weight bitches.

At low speed the bike will always win be ahead because its about accelerating mass, and the wind resistance plays little part, so power to weight ratio is king: bike 1, car 0. But at high speed (over 120mph) the wind resistance is the key factor so outright power to drag coefficient is key, hence the car wins. Drag increases with the square of the velocity, so big big power needed to go very fast. Make the race long enough and the car will win, but off the lights the bike has you every time!

slicks on the bike wouldn't have helped, you saw the bike stand up on the tires he had on, slicks would have just caused that beautiful machine to flip on its back with a flick on the wrist :(

How can you say the Veyron is useless? It's a fucking marvel of engineering. It's a heavy car, but will still crack 60 in 2.5. sec.
