In '71 you couldn't stop a car/bike in the street anywhere near Anderstorp, even for a second, before they asked you for 50kr for parking! Cafes/shops charged 3 times normal rate for food, the camping toilets were so bad they were reported to the health authorities (I know - it was ME!) Jack Findlay was mad when I told him 'Smokey' (the boss) said to media he was making so much money it paid all Anderstorps previous car race debts AND the next one! "How about paying US, I'm loosing money here!"
