In 1999, Aki Kaurismäki decided to delve into the world of silent cinema with his emotion packed film 'Juha'. It clocks in at a little under an hour and twenty minutes, but it feels like it's much longer in only good ways. A beautiful and melancholic love story, this is the film's sad, yet victorious conclusion. It was not Kaurismäki's first venture with black and white film, but it is certainly one of his most stylish films to date. Includes English subtitles. Please subscribe for more Kaurismäki clips upcoming and even make requests. However, I won't upload full Kaurismäki films as these clips are made to promote Kaurismäki's wonderful films.
