its way to simple, just follow me, and thn you will understand, do this to get cut, grip strenth, endurance, stamina, lung capacity, heart rate, all that, you doont need aNY THING FNCY TO GET IN SHAPE, JUST COMMON SENCE AND DRIVE, AND IF YOU DONT HAVE THAT JUST COME TO ME, ILL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO, AND WHAT TO EAT, THIS IS HOW WE PLAN ON BEING FOREVER!!   • Great way to improve grip strenght. Always nice to see compound movements with a twist. I've seen alot of different athletes doing these exercises. From f1-drivers to freaking mma-fighters. Though on the core, great job. Funny to see how you interact with your clients(? i assume).

    Since i can do whatever the FUCK i wanna do( the you-know-who-twins brought me here) i'm gonna give your workouts a try! Motivational dude.
