Not in my case, I wear a size 8, I tried it and couldn't stand up. As I said before it may not be absolute for men unable to stand up, or women able to, but the larger turnout is the same as seen in the show. I demonstrated that with a lot of my clients.
That chair trick isnt even true, Im a man, I have size 10, and I can do that easily. It has to do with body balance and most men dont really have it that well, unless they are athletic that is. I can do it, so it isnt true, neat trick though.
That chair trick IS true, I'm not saying that is impossible for all men, or possible for all women, but as a personal fitness trainer, I have clients, men and women, that I've had participate in that just to show the small, subtle mechanical differences. And the results for the most part come out the same as you see here.
oh that is nonsense. I just tried i and the first time I tried I couldn't do it, but then I realised it was because my feet were position slightly outwards from the rest of me, but when I did with my feet more aligned or inwards, I could get up esily! it all has to do with feet positition and posture!
Well then you simply cheated, if you did it as demonstrated in the show the first time, and couldn't do it, then it isn't nonsense after all. Therefore you cannot dismiss it by doing it YOUR way.
Asa and Luke on the same show before they became famous. And they were both on ABC too, who would have thought that was going to happen. Love this show, and Asa and Luke. Rip Asa and Archie.
