The upward inflection is SO ANNOYING!!!!

The X8 has 5 speed settings, but 3 buttons, u just hit the button nearest the wheel again to get 4 and again to get 5.

I found that my sidewinder x8 mouse only lags when attempting to charge and use it at the same time. I unplug the charger and go wireless, and it works perfectly.

I was about to take it back.
