dunk mix 11-1-09

Mix of dunks from 11-01-09, pretty good stuff for me. Hopefully you all consider that a windmill towards the end of the mix, they are hard for me to do since I cant palm the ball. Shout out to TVS, vertfreak, PGD,and TFB inc. for the inspiration.

I've played ball for 15 years, but have been seriously trying to work on my hops for over a year now. There's some good info out there if you can sift throgh the bs. I would recommend lifting heavy weights with a focus on lifting speed, getting lean, and practicing jumping/ sprinting.
