  • is the full conference recorded anywhere to buy or download?

  • @wallaguest1 Yes we have the complete two day seminar available at QiRevolution(dot)com Thanks!

  • Does cooking it make it less effective though?

  • @spy153 Some foods are actually more potentized when cooked. The benefits of bitter melon are effective even when cooked.

  • wow ive never heard of this melon nor heard of this. looking online i only see capsul forms. are they not as strong? i know fresh is always better but if they cant be found does pill form have same affect? thanks in advance

  • @Kidwithcloset Studies still show effectiveness with capsules, however, you are correct in saying fresh is better. The bitter melon can usually only be found at the oriental grocery, and very affordable. Some health food stores will also carry them if you request that they order it. Thanks for your comment!

  • @Kidwithcloset buy it from the 99 Ranch Market

  • lol @ white guy in a chinese shirt.

  • @Kidwithcloset yeah you have to go to Asian stores to buy it. You won't find it at a big chain market. I'm lucky because i live in SF and I just go to China Town and It's all over the place. But if you can't get it in stores the next best thing would be a pill form.

  • Absolutely! Bitter Melon has phytochemicals that are structurally similar to insulin, thus allowing the body to bring the blood sugar down naturally. No food in itself reverses anything. Bitter Melon is a major tool when used as part of the extensive protocol for reversing diabetes. Thanks for sharing!
