  • Ooh I'm excited to try this!

  • I always whip the meringues to stiffer peaks because once you start working w/ them in the piping bag, they tend to droop like the ones seen here.

  • Hi How long can I store these cookies in sealed tins? Or do they freeze ? Thanks

  • @iluvlamingtons Probably not, or it would have a hint of brown, which wouldn't look anything like peppermint.

  • @slamnxgirlxjulie Chocolate wouldn't be a good idea in the mixture, you can add cocoa powder and then after they're done baking you can drizzle melted chocolate on top or dip the bottoms in melted chocolate! That'd be delicious!

  • dose it work for raw or brown suger?

  • it looks freaking sweet to me!

  • tuck mint

  • @BloodyGaaraofSand. it will be better if u just wanted to do one single color because u can add the food coloring while whipping it altogether so that the air u have trapped in the meringues wont go...

  • do u HAVE to use cream of tartar??

    i dont have any T T

  • did u stir or fold? and was it hot or cold?
