If, like me, you spend a lot of time running, you'll probably notice tightness in your legs. Runners have notoriously tight leg muscles - but these 3 stretches will help loosen you up.

  • I read somewhere that you shouldn't stretch before running cause your muscles are cold and you could strain them. Rather you should do ballistic stretching ( jump rope, jumping jacks, etc) before and static stretching after. Am I correct?

  • @bpuma08 Yes, you need to warm up before stretching. I do a three minute jog before my stretching :-)

  • Hey, I have Rhumatoid Arthritis and do like a gentle jog for about 25 mins at my gym. I would love a few ideas on how to strech off.
