hell no..this is not how we make it..
potatoes are mashed and gratiné with breadcrum in oven, and a bit less endive in rolls but more of em.. glad that you make the sauce with a roux tho :) lot of people that nowadays can't make a decent bechamel

Thanks! My French mother made endives when I was a tot (late 1950"s) and I wanted to replicate some of the dishes she made. Loved the video. Why did you take the time to make it? Just curious and thankful...

Luckily, endives are also abundant in the Netherlands, so I can eat plenty of this delicious vegetable!
