I have to say, I like Welles' style; it takes a lot of class to take what is at the surface a big "Fuck You" to Hearst and mix in an in-depth character study and a cinematographical marvel...and have it absolutely WORK on all three levels. No ugly special effects, no garish colors, just good old-fashioned ingenuinity, a powerful screenplay and fantastic acting.

Also, LOL at the fact that there actually is a CANE in Citizen Kane. XD
