Tutorial #1 - How to upload videos onto YouTube & How long does it take

This is my ever first tutorial on how to upload videos onto YouTube and I do explain a lot of features in depth. I do hope this tutorial does help many YouTube users or if you are a beginner and not sure how to do most things on YouTube.

YouTube does have a 'Help' webpage for anyone who is having issues, problems or tips. The time it takes to upload a video depends on the size & format for example; If a video is 300MB and the format is WMV it would take roughly more than 40 minutes to upload this video. If a video is 40MB and also is the same format (WMV) this video would take around 30 minutes to upload. I do explain a lot more in this video. I do apologies if I'm speaking very quickly or making you confused.

the problem is that when i'm uploading a video it takes much time i mean some times i do upload videos of 200 mb it only takes 15 min and other times the video takes 60 min or more can u help me plz

@saifthegame4070 It could be a number of factors, internet connection, YouTube is having a few bugs or issues with it's uploader, the video's format etc.

my video is only 2.31GB and is taking 583 mins... :3 thats probbably not good is it?

@redsealdipper1995 That's a big video size 2.31GB and it's taking a lot longer. I upload videos that are 700MBs or less and it takes 2-3 hours long. I'm not 100% sure whether the new uploader from YouTube is better or can upload more than 2GB video in size. If you do get stuck you can go on their help guide or so. I will inbox you the link.

Everybody listen.. if you upload from "windows live movie maker" it will take a really long time i used to do that and it took 6 hours for a 4 minute video soo i didnt wanna do that no more and i got a program (its free) called corel studio pro x3 and i edit my videos and upload straight from corel and for a 4 minute video it takes like 6 minutes which is WAY better than 6 hours so i suggest getting an outside program like corel or sony vegas both are free from torrents like piratesbay..

My video is no more then 2 minutes and it takes 1 hour, then it says it can't upload.

@CJTReviews my video is 8.75 MB and is 2 minutes and 22 seconds long and is taking 2 hours to upload.
