Prime Sports Training teaches how goalies can get into the optimal position to make a save after a pass. The first shot covered is when the ball handler is behind the net passing to someone in front. The second is a crossfield pass that takes place in front of the net

  • I think the idea on being situated with your back to the opposite inside pipe when ball is left behind in the video is because it allows you to view more from left behind to top left. Ball is at X you still will be facing x but you have to be ready to make a quick 180 spin move to the front if there is a feed from x to the front.

  • it makes scence but what if there is a cutter from your back side?

  • everything is good to my p.o.v. but idk about the opposite pipe thing on shot from "X"

  • Some what of the beginning is not right

  • these videos help me so much with my game i love these videos.
