@mphomatlou your statement is highly fallacious and indicates you know absolutely nothing about hip hop music. stop listening to the radio and go look up P.O.S., Sole, Sage Francis, Spoek Mathambo, or Zumbi- and THEN pretend you know a goddamn thing about any style of music.

@mphomatlou how can you believe that hip hop will not live ?? Hip hip is taking its roots in jazz, black soul, funk, street culture, and is based on reality. Hip hop will always exists but under differents forms through space and time, and like everything on earth will evolve. As long as a kind of music has soul, and depth, there always be people to make it live forever.

@mphomatlou yo sorry but thats aload of bull, jazz and hip hop is still widely respected in underground form, Maybe if you stopped payin attention to pop and get into the underground clubs you will see for ex check out "the foreign exchange" respected house producer mark farina releases various trip hop,hip hop breaks,house compilations showcasin some of the less well known in these genres nothings to say tho its got weaker it's just pop has got less forgivin, its always been subgenred
