  • this is wrong technique!

  • I didn't even know Polly Shore was still alive.

  • i didn't know kirk hammet gave drum lessons :b

  • whatever, i learned something from this. he can only tell you how people, he can't put the skill in your hands.

  • all i saw is what you can do.....and rubbing it in my face, not how to do it step by step with thorough instruction. its very vague!

    thumbs down from me

  • wow.. mario evolved..!

  • @DrummingNonStop Yes, I know what dampening is, but it won't cut the sound that much, especially if volume is the issue. Again, proper head choice and tuning will make your drums sing. Duct tape is just a bad idea on your drum heads, but I suppose if you cant' tune properly and can't afford something like moon gel, it's the only choice you have.

  • @911wuzjews It's for dampening.. Not tuning..

  • Duct tape on the drum heads doesn't bode well for your credibility in the drumming world. You should know how to TUNE YOUR DRUMS so you don't have to put duct tape on them. Proper head choice, and proper tuning technique means NO TAPE.

  • gosh his technique is horrible..why make instructional videos? :S
