Would have came in real handy when I locked my keys in the truck....instead of using a hack saw blade to cut plastic to the rear window latch far enough to get something inside to unlatch it and then use a fishing rod to hit the lock button

truth be told? I live on Maui, Hawaii. I went surfing yesterday and came back to my truck completely empty. about $400 in snorkeling equiptment, my wallet, cell phone, all of it! Is there a fix for this? And Ford didn't take the ranger off the market. I just bought mine 3 months ago. 2011 ford ranger xlt. if anyone knows a FIX for this, please email me.

Thank god they did this report, and that someone loaded it onto youtube...I just used the info to break into my own truck after locking the keys in it. It was ten o'clock at night and I was stuck in my office park.
