No one should be allowed to vote unless they can pass a standard test to show that they have a minimal understanding of our constitution & system of governance.

The reason why this country has gone so far down hill is because of Lyndon Baines Johnson & the abject morons who literally vote themselves the taking of money from working folks. I don't think anyone should be disenfranchised but I also don't want profoundly incompetent & ignorant people voting this nation in to third world status.
