"Aion: The Tower of Eternity" is an upcoming game from NCSoft (to release in 2009).

Here we can see the idle (automatic) gestures of a female character, while under rain.

  • the expansions at aion is free,

and 360$ over 2 years are not much..

  • You realize that all the expansions in Lineage 2 were free?

That game is from the same company and has the same monthly price.

  • You guys do realize that your $15/hr adds up to $360 over 2 years excluding any expansions in between?

  • Because that would result in ppl being able to buy gear and items because they donated etc.. meaning that the game then becomes unbalanced

  • yea i understand that, but im sayin is it really a hassle to keep on payin? its like buying drugs but without the whole toxic stuff and whatever

  • Do you realy think the fee is that bad?

its compared to 1.5 pack of ciggaretes here in norway.

The differnce probably isnt that huge in america.

  • well thats true but arent they smarter than that? if you make a game and put in a account fee, u get either 60% or 70% of people who do buy it and pay for it every month. But even that small leftover is equal to thousands of others looking for a decent game that they can enjoy for free. For example, Guild Wars may not be as good as WoW, but yet it has millions of players worldwide including Russia, Japan, Europe, and many others. Reason y is that it has a one time payment and thats it...

  • Because companies make games to make money.

  • yea thats true, but also judging on how the economy is, wouldnt people think of saving money instead of spending it like some sort of bill every month? Wat i mean is that its like we're buying the game over and over again...

  • i agree
