Not too bad but not too good either. I bet with some practice you could be good. Lose the arrows and try something new. Think of something that hasn't been done instead of biting a style everyone else bites. Put some type of flow into the lettering. Make the lines seem like they are in motion. Almost like they're dancing. Practice a lot. You have some potential.
