I've posted another comment on another one of Aaron's songs, but I have a terminal illness, and when I die, I think the angels will sound like his voice. He is absolutely amazing, and I'd give anything to be able to see him in concert just once! This is the song that I am going to have played at my funeral. I love his voice so much, and it breaks my heart to see ANY negative comments about him. I was raised that if you can't say something nice, not to say anything. Thank God for Aaron's gift.

i have to admit this, i am a 54-yr old mama of three who is mostly obsessed with Steve Earle and i just "discovered" this fellow, wow....i am sorry i didn't know his music yrs ago,but am trying to redeem myself and have bought two of his CDs, beautiful. thanks for educating an old dog.

@princessofhesse It is hard to believe you had never heard the voice of Aaron Neville before this but it is never to late to discover a great talent like him. I have listened to him since my late teen years (many years ago) and have never grown tired of hearing his amazing voice. Thank you for letting us know how much you enjoy his music :))

to smelyalata....................­His voice stopped me dead in my tracks when I first heard it on the tv ad for cotton. I truly sought out who it was and i have never done that in my 60 years. i have a great collection of music from classical onward. If you do not enjoy his stlye make no mistake there are those of us whom he touches deeply. God has given him a talent and his approach to its use is moving.

Singing teachers discourage people from using this tremolo system.

@harryandsimba , it takes a great deal of vocal control and skill to be able to make your voice "warble" like that. He is singing properly, and hitting each and every note. You don't have to like him to appreciate his voice, but if you understand music you will respect his talent.

@bibledoctrine I am 19 years old and i believe aaron neville has the most amazing voice ive ever heard. I wish i knew of more artists who sounded like him but i believe i never will judging on all of these posts.
