How to stretch your training partner. This video shows a method of increasing your flexibility which is ideally used after strength or fitness training. While stretching your partner, ask them to provide a SLIGHT resistance against the stretch before they release their muscles - this way they can gain an increase in the range of movement in the joint being stretched. If '1 out of 10' means you can feel anything and '0 out of 10' is the feeling of muscles ripping off the bones... Best stretches are somewhere between 7 & 8 out of 10. If you feel you want to pull out of the stretch, it is too strong and should be released. Err on the side of caution and do not inflict pain. Stretching helps to realign damaged muscle fibers and may help you to increase your recovery after intense exercises.
