Was I the only one who didn't get the harlequin with preorder?

I preordered the game back in june '10 from Gamestop and was told I'd get the harlequin, but..

I hope in single player you're able to plan attacks with your new comrades, by this i mean, a bit like in AC2, you could get mercenaries to attack other guards, i wish you could get that with you're new comrades , but they're actually useful, walking round the street with them, and planning clever attacks and them actually killing people, would be seriously fun, especially after completing the game, almost nothing to do on AC2 except roam streets picking off guards lol..

@SonounMancini i regret to say that it seems to.... the arlequin wasnt supposed to be at your preorder ticket but when you pick up your order in the last ticket they sould gived you a code to download the arlequin , didnt you recived the code in your last ticket?
