The Chief Human Capital Officers Council met on Sep 14, 2010, to talk about the progress on the President's memorandum requiring all federal agencies to simplify the hiring process.
I know people that were notified with a (qualified/eligible for the job response)
5-6 months ago, yet were never contacted with any further information. How is this considered to be streamlined?
Also, what about those who are told they're qualified/eligible for a certain job grade, position... in one state, while later; they're told they are NOT qualified/eligible in another state for the same job grade, position, and requirements. Is nepotism/favors in play?
Streamlined? Not really.
