Good news fellows. I found the original video from which this one was made. She is a popular Pakistani singer. Her name is Nida Arab. She sang this song in this video and in a concert, titled Aag Alive 09, Part 02. Good chance is that you will like this one very much. This tune was very popular in the 80s and was made by another famous singer, late Nizia Hasan.

She is not singing Shakira song, but she is singing some other song with llip-synching in this video. Someone superimposed Shakira song on this video where some other song was being lip-synched after this other song was removed from the older video.
