Turk is still serving his 10 year sentence which was taken down from 12 he went in, in I believe 04 so he has 2 more years :( Rumors in 07-08 was he was getting out on some technicality and would be under house arrest but that never happened. The whole case was bs anyway undercover went in and shot his room up like swiss cheese then when they found him in the closet he shot back, cops didnt make themselves known and were undercover and shot first but turk got slammed with attempted murder BS
