@aguuled of course the french still have a say in the politics of frenchified african countries. Francafrique is the term for it, not only that did you know that the french speaking african countries put their money in frech banks, so the france oversees their development. I know about lumumba any true patriot of africa should, another important personality we must not forget is Thomas Sankara!

@Adjei88 Absolutely dead on! This is playing to old school racial sentiments against Africans. I really don't think French soldiers are there for African interest....don't know much about Gbagbo, but anytime Western powers are supporting one side I get concerned....Read about Lumumba!
