@PomBare Yep. There's a clip of his performance recently posted on YouTube, but you have to be a bit sneaky to find it. A search for "Sadowitz" should pay off faiiirly quickly though.

@Flickyhecky yeah but he's old here ; 68 yrs. In his heyday his shows were brilliant and the first of their kind which we take for granted today with TFI Friday,J.Ross,Norton etc etc but back in 1967 and 1968 they were the first ever U.K. light entertainment chatshows with pop music and different big names with chat.Saddest thing of all is that no one who cant remember can SEE any of his 175 live shows during those years to judge him ; only one exists !

Anyone who has insulted Simon Dee on here just doesnt know him from back in his heyday when he was THE most popular & original presenter / celeb interviewer on t.v. & his totally live show on Saturday evenings was enjoyed by up to 20 million each week & attracted ALL the biggest stars of screen,stage & music

Simon Dee was brilliant i agree ; shame people are saying he's 'naff' & rubbish ; i remember when it was the best show on t.v. & without which there would be no modern chatshows cos they all copied 'Dee Time'

You can see Cleo is worried from the start.
She knew there'd be problems with SImon, who is hopelessly naff. Why is TV so bland asks Cleo. Simon doesn't know, He hasn't watched it for years.
