This is the 4 port head, of the 16 valve Nissan Ca18det engine.

I have spend a little time porting one of the inlets of the head.
As you might see first Std and then polished.
It can get really serious,
and you could probably spend how much time
you want doing it perfectly. I want to point out
that this is not perfect in any way, but it will work
for me.

Have a nice day, and don´t forget, there is no women of anykind
that could make you feel that good as when your tuned car
run the hell out of you.... Specially an s13. ;-)

  • I have heard and read that if you polish heads then the fuel sticks to the polished area.

  • @Palamets There might be some rules to do this if there is a N/A engine or not. It´s a balance act....

  • The flow was a bit different than standard. I used 1mm overzised valves,

and highlift camshaft. Do you understand that?

Why is it that you are 22 years in your profile, and have been porting heads , as you say over 15 years? You must have been at least 6-7 years old when started then.

Choose your words good here after or i will block you.

  • you need to finish the port in a 450 grit , polishing actually reduces flow , what did it bench before and after ?

  • @darnhard You can´t just port the thing. It has to be completed with a better 3 angle

    race valve seat and valve.

To do everything properly, the head is supposed to be flowed with the total set of inlet too.

  • @Skyisnotalimit Ha ha! Idioter finns överallt på nätet. Det här var bara en av dem alla.

    screw the fuckup...

  • @darnhard You got pro at 7 years of age? What a jackoff! Must be just you that belives in that bullshit! If you´re trying to extend your manhood, right there you actually reduced it by almost the whole length...

  • I asked what your flow figures were b4 and after and I said finish it i a 450 grit to improve flow , I have been porting heads for over 15 years I have a superflow 120FC flow bench. 3 angle is fine for a stocky but 5 angle is better for flow , the short side is a vauable area for flow as is shrowding in the combustion chamber get the squish right and youll have a nice head. The only place you still polish is the combustion chamber and piston crown to help keep heat in the chamber
