people who claim that rap isn't music have obviously never listened to this song. i listen to this song all the time, and it reminds me that even though i have my own set of problems, things could be worse... this song is very sad, but the beauty of it cheers me up.

Tech said that it's based on a whole series of events in his life and in the album booklet he states he wanted to show the situation of H.I.V in the latin-american community
