Sprinter Stablemates - Friday on the M25 Motorway

My Sprinter meets his Stablemate brother from the dealership on the Queen Elizabeth 2 Bridge or Dartford Crossing. I met the owner the day we collected our vans together. Today, and some 18 months later we meet once again...

I enjoyed that trip far more than you did! I loath traffic delays, the worst I ever experienced was almost ten years ago driving 2700 miles across the US, Approaching New York City I ran into roadwork. I spent four hours and traveled LESS than 400 meters!!! When I FINALLY saw an exit I raced for it! Bad as that was and with other mishaps (like locking my only keys inside the running car) I still managed to make the trip in 3 days, by the clock!

@MrComaToes Wow! that sounds like a drive from hell.. ha ha - I too loath traffic, unfortunately its a necessary evil in my business. Some days are better than others,

Your remember me that I still got 10 pounds in my wallet from the last UK trip..LOL.. Oh I miss BBC Radio.. So funny.. I loved the morning shows...

@aid2003 You look after that £10 it may come in handy if you return to the UK sometime, you never know.

I tune into Radio 1 if Im out early, 6:30 till 10am then I switch to Radio 2 for traffic updates and other presenters after that...

Well Im glad you enjoyed another journey in the good ship Sprinter, you may not be driving in England these days, but I'll keep you posted with tales of the UK.

@scarletshaz Nightmare!! LOL - Yes my steering wheel is going proper crap looking, my old van just went smooth, but these new ones lose the black look. Drivers seats wear out too with constant getting in and out...

Cut backs in the materials by the looks of things from Mercedes. :-)
