I have this problem to now and then. Applying some slight pression on the screen fixes it. Sometimes it doens't matter how much I press. Really annoying!
I don't think this problem has anything to do with GPU, bios or whatsoever.

well i swear i read about this problem it was was supposably fixed by the A12 bios revision becuase the GPu heated up realli badly and then the gpu would malfuntion 2month long time LOL form the comment

No, never got around to it. I sent it to Dell at one point but they couldn't replicate it so they never fixed it, now it is constant and warranty has expired. I am thinking it is the flex cable, will take the screen apart at some point to check.
