@pablodiablo227 thank you for your comment! indeed, the basic strategy chart implies hitting on 12 against dealer's 2 or 3, and you would probably agree that there is no one able to remember all the solutions for basic strategy. That is why the "golden rules" are very helpful for playing when you do not have to remember the smallest differences between the solutions. Still, thanks again for noticing this mistake.
