I definitely can't say I recommend these exercises. I myself don't practice them very often, but I do admire similar and more advanced tricks requiring this sort of flexibility. This is usually the realm of the hypermobile, but a lot can be accomplished with just careful training.

  • Please answer my question if you see this. In order to do all that, does it involve shoulder dislocation? I don't want to dislocate my shoulder. I am a swimmer. I know some people train to dislocate their shoulder so it doesn't hurt. But for me, I want a healthy shoulder that are flexible for swimming, dislocating wouldn't help abit. Plz plz answer.
