Carte Blanche Full Feature Film

My first feature film, shot and completed in 2009, released on Vimeo in 2010, and on Amazon On Demand in 2011.

Helena is a heartbroken artist dealing with the break-up from her ex-boyfriend, Peter. She soon meets Elliott, a lonely filmmaker casting his new short film based on his own recent heartbreak. Helena and Elliott soon become very close friends, but things get complicated when Elliott falls in love with Helena.

Fun facts: I wrote the first draft of the script in the fall of 2006. Two and a half years, nine more drafts, at least three failed attempts, several re-writes and re-shoots during production, and $2,000 later, it was completed. I don't know why I waited a year and a half after completing the final cut to upload it to youtube. So please, do enjoy this SXSW reject.
