  • @TheTinoisamoa really? so by supporting your fellow man you must also be gay?

    sick

  • @AJCorbijn8 the smart ones voted no

  • @TheTinoisamoa Also you don't have to be gay to realise there is no rational argument against homosexuality and certainly not against same-sex marriage.

  • @TheTinoisamoa "God intended marriage to be between a man and a woman." Really, tell me; when was the last time you spoke with god. And which god would that be exactly?

Also have you heard about this nice little things called separation of church and state?

  • @TheTinoisamoa Well, maybe some of us ARE gay. It's none of your business and you shouldn't have the right to choose who we love.

  • God intended marriage to be between a man and a woman. If you support this "no on 8" deal, you might as well be gay yourself.

  • @StarMyBaby Straight Greek here so maybe my opinion doesn't hold the same weight, but what makes no sense to me is all the talk about protecting marriage etc. as if all marriage is religious. Marriage is a legal contract that allows people to do their taxes together, visit each other in the hospital, inherit one another upon death etc. To me it's common sense that it should be for everyone LGB and T =) Religion has n-o-t-h-i-n-g to do with it! It's pure law!

That's the opinion of an outsider...

  • @Phillie103 I live on the other side of the Atlantic, so take what I'm going to say lightly. From what I've heard the No movement was doing well and was ahead of the Yes movement... until they Yes movement started with the ads which tried to convince parents their kids would have to learn about gay marriage and heavily implied that somehow this would be scarring for the children. Then a bunch of scared parents voted Yes and the religious folk rejoiced ...as if all marriages are religious >_>
