This is my aristocraft loco on the Ute Pass Railroad pushing a Bachman homemade snow plow around the railroad clearing snow off the tracks.

  • What do they say? "Necessity is the mother of invention"

  • @MartyLJ57 Very True

  • Okay is it water proof or do you just dry it off real good when your done

  • @TheRussian401 Well sort of, it was -30 F when I was out filming in the snow so the snow never melted to the engine so when i was done i used an air compressor to blow the snow off the engine because it is not water proof. so if i brought it in the house with the snow still on it it would have melted and made many problems with the loco.

  • @TheRussian401 Thanks

  • Is this engine LGB

  • @TheRussian401 no this is an Aristocraft SD-45 diesel loco. Thanks for the question.

  • looks like a great way to short out your track and fry your loco and transformer, get a usa trains rotary plow already

  • I have been here before and it's really cool

  • This is all track power using a 10amp power supply.
