A quick video addressing some of the FAQ I got from my 1st Green Tea Video (found at the following link in case you somehow found this video first) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WaL03V3YNEE

I switched to decaf Green Tea. Decaffeinated green tea contains less antioxidants and flavanols than caffeinated, but they are still in there (which works for me because I still get the benefits of tea and I get to cut out caffeine all together) plus (not to gross you out too much) its fiber.... fiber keeps your insides working smoothly. Due to cutting out caffeine, I have stopped the Mega Green Tea Supplements, however I did take them along with the tea bags for about a year and have no complaints.

Any questions/suggestions/thoughts? I would love to hear them! Please leave me a comment or feel free to message me!

I avoided making this update or so long because my camera is broken. Sorry about the bad quality and mouth not matching the audio, I just knew it was about time to update. Also- idk what was up with my video editing software (using movie maker which is totally foreign to me) but I wasn't able to import any music except sample pieces that came with my pc...but what I found kinda reminded me of music Ron Burgundy would really dig so I wasn't completely devastated.

  • Does caffienated green tea work better or decaf? Are you still using the green tea supplements?

  • @laCathiee I think they work the same. I have since stopped both but I quit the supplements before I stopped completely

    I heared about many diets, but this is the most stupidest ever :P

  • u dont get the flavinods if you dont brew the tea

  • @water4600 40 lbs in 6 months. Along with the green tea, I also listened to my body and changed my diet when I felt inclined to do so (which for me was eliminating carbonation and meat at that time. I have since stopped the green tea, eliminated all caffeine and observed a vegan diet and have not put on any additional weight)

  • How much weight did you lose overall on this diet and how long did it take?
