One of the contestants of the DFW Social Sk8 2011 jam skate competitions.

Social Sk8 is a weekly event that takes place on Monday nights during the summer at a different Dallas/Fort Worth-area skating rink every week.

For those who love roller skating, it's an excellent opportunity to check out several rinks that you may not have been to before, and also it's a great way to meet new friends who love skating as much as you do.

July 11th - Holiday Skatium - Haltom City

July 18th - Mid-Cities Skateland - Irving

July 25th - Forum Roller World - Grand Prairie

Aug 1st - Westlake Skate Center - Garland

Aug 8th - SEMI-FINALS (Determined by Rink Attendance) Texas Skatium!

Aug 15th - GRAND FINALS (Determined by Rink Attendance) Aloha Roller Palace!!!
