Are you people seriously discussing Hitler on a Star Trek vid? Really?
-
Remarkable tv show, highlights and depicts in a good way the origins of the series and got the novelty of a new intro song and sequence of history of travel.... and then to boldly go where no one has gone before.

Really good post, my friend. He also believed in the Platonic, Western ideal, beauty of nature and evolution.

@breggenbam true.
Hitler: Good idea, shit implementation.

The Star Trek 'Federation' ideology should be credited to Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich. It's a stark possibility that the Star Trek is our parallel universe of the Nazis winning the war.
Hitler is particularly disgusted by money and acquisition of wealth becoming the prime goal of the modern society. He put emphasis on advancement of technology that will also save you money. He went too far with selective breeding to try to 'weed out' bad human traits.

This is one of my favourite Star Trek tv themes ever. I'd love to hear this song in Deutsch.
