Palin Custody Battle Goes Public

As Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston battle for custody for their son Tripp, a judge ruled the case will go public. Legal analyst Jack Ford and psychotherapist Robi Ludwig spoke to Debbye Turner Bell about the decision.

Mrs. Palin raised her daughter and her daughter had unprotected pre-marital sex. These are facts. The child has two parents. It is not up to the fame of a single person to decide which parent is better. Its sad that the Palins want to use their fame and money to steal the child's right to have a father in its life.

That said. I think Bristol gets full custody and Levi gets structured visitation rights. Seems fair enough. If Palin leans on the court for anything less than that for Levi (without offering concrete evidence that he's unfit to see the kid) then she's being very un-Christian.

As much as I'm pro-life and like the tea- party, I can't stand Sarah Palin.They need to give full custody to Levi, Sarah is giving everyone a bad name, I can't imagine what she will happenen to her daughter.

And while they're doing it, why not do tests on all of Sarah's children to see if they can determine who the fathers are?

I agree,while this probably wasn't Levi's choice to be in Palin Political Ripple! How would he ever see his child.Palins daughters unmarried would be obligated to go with her in most of her travels.How would Levi ever be able to afford child support or getting to his child. He will always have media following him! I don't think Sarah trusts Bristol alone in the same town with Levi!
