Division 1 is NCAA. Being an All-American basically means you're amongst the best in college. Only a handful of All-Americans become NCAA Champs, a fraction of those guys go on to represent the USA in the Olympics, and even fewer walk away with an Olympic medal. Winning a gold @ the Olympic level is Mount Everest.

So if I want to know who has the better Wrestling resume I would need to look in this order? Division 1 Wrestler then NCAA then All American and then an Olympics Wrestler? I just don't know which one is higher? Which Title shows who competed at a better wreslting level.

Pedigree is basically referring to a wrestler's experience; how long they've been training and how successful they were. Jake Rosholt who just got cut by the UFC was a 3 time NCAA champ, 4 time All American. Matt Lindland actually won a Silver in the Olympics which is wrestling's biggest stage. Henderson made the Olympic team a few times and Couture was an alternate.

Hey Ariel I have a favor to ask. It seems that so many MMA fighters have some Supreme Wrestling backround. Weather its collegiate wrestling or a 2 time All American, etc. What is the highest and how can you tell whos pedegre is higher.
