The situation you described was one of the lead ups to me quitting a job I had a while back was working in a hotel and still quite used to working in a bar where the landlord didn't care how we treat the customers, needless to say I didn't resolve the issue peacefully, I'm more suited to working the door than the bar xD Nice CBR btw

Sounds like the guy was an angry/violent drunk. Can't stand those people, but you made it sound so humorous. I can't say that that has ever happened to me. Do you guys normally get tips over there? Because that's how servers survive over here.
