  • i would not do this, knee or ankle injury waiting to happen

  • @smittybang

it really is, they're like the primark of fitness professionals

  • everything sports related from expert village is ridiculously stupid.

  • @Wollenschrank He's a middle-aged man in great shape. Exercise gets more important as you get older not less. Don't blink. You'll be there before you know it.

  • Jesus Christ, what an old wanker is that?

  • @ooevilyouloo A person is lame for adding videos that will educate people? What are you for backwards thinking too? He probably added the videos in one day because they were already on the website expertvillage and he just added them here. Use your brain a little bit before you diarrea on youtube and sound stupid.

  • Dude ( to ooevilyouloo's comment.).. if you are reading this from jail give us a shout out. I bet you don't get the remote, right?

  • This is a great movement to create an eccentric load to the posterior hip capsule of the lead leg. Excellent for IT band tightness as well. I have been having my athletes do this for years. My football team has it integrated into their dynamic warmups.

  • Definietly not a beginner's exercise.

Peeps look out for your precious knees!

    I wouldn't recommend this one.
