  • The "hint" waters taste realy good! But, they are expensive, about $2.75 a bottle! Yikes! I bought a water infuster, looks like a brita but you put berries or what ever flavor you want to infuse into the water. Great flavor and much cheaper...

    One more thing, water is HUGE in releaving bladder pain, it makes a big difference for me....My worst is soy sauce, if I drink extra water it REALLY helps.
