IC patients are often baffled about what the can drink without irritating their bladder. Some waters and water filters can trigger symptoms. ICN President Jill Osborne shares her thoughts on the types of waters, suggestions of flavored water brands, how much to drink and why water intake is essential to your bladder health.
The "hint" waters taste realy good! But, they are expensive, about $2.75 a bottle! Yikes! I bought a water infuster, looks like a brita but you put berries or what ever flavor you want to infuse into the water. Great flavor and much cheaper...
One more thing, water is HUGE in releaving bladder pain, it makes a big difference for me....My worst is soy sauce, if I drink extra water it REALLY helps.
