Do not lift one leg at a time. Always keep leg lifting symmetrical.
To be honest, having seen this woman's advice on several topics, I wouldn't let her near a baby.

oh maaaaan...this was informative but kind of freaky for me...my sister is about to have her first baby, and i promised her i would help change the diapers since she took such good care of me when i was a baby, but...maaaaaan, that's gonna be SICK. -__-
